Jeff Castor is a business process and data governance consultant with over 25 years of experience designing and implementing solutions that improve the flow of information between systems. He recognizes the importance of people within a complete system and therefore seeks to design business solutions that successfully match technology with the personnel surrounding it. Jeff’s career has focused on the identification of company needs and the subsequent development and execution of custom processes and technical solutions for various business functions, including sales, finance, design, development, manufacturing, human resources, quality assurance, and service models. Complementing his quality and process development skills is his ability to successfully train others to effectively implement improvements. By utilizing a blend of technical knowledge with a solid understanding of business processes and training methodologies, he has been responsible for improving the efficiency and quality of business activities for all organizations with whom he engages. Jeff lives in Raleigh, NC where he enjoys spending time playing soccer and doing woodworking projects.
